SHIPPING POLICY

Scootz deliveries to your home or work address are included in the price you pay. We use a range of different couriers to get your scooter or clothing to you as quick as possible.

Our target delivery time is 5-7 days. In the rare event that a scooter is out of stock we will contact you and either arrange a refund or provide information on a new delivery time scale.

If you decide to cancel your order and the item has already been shipped, we will have to charge you for delivery; the remainder of your money will be refunded.

You will receive an email when your order is dispatched, and this will include shipping and tracking information.
