1. Warranty Coverage

3. Customer Responsibilities
- 3.1. Customers are required to maintain their e-scooter following the care instructions in the user manual.
- 3.2. Regular inspections and maintenance, such as checking brakes, tightening screws, and ensuring correct tire pressure, are the responsibility of the customer.
4. Making a Warranty Claim
